Work with small and medium sized business customers providing onsite desktop, server and network support. Also provide residential computer support as needed.

Required:

• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2000/2003 and Active Directory
• Working knowledge of simple IP networking and ability to diagnose DNS and connectivity problems
• Strong knowledge of the Windows XP Operating System
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 - Especially Outlook
• Ability to diagnose and repair common PC hardware problems
• Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting ability
• Good interpersonal skills/customer service oriented

Good to have:

• Experience with Small Business Server and Exchange
• Experience configuring Blackberry, PocketPC, Palm OS, etc
• Network wiring including cable making, punch down, etc.
